Helps to manage day to day tasks. If there's ather things ailing you it doesn't take them away but helps with being able to mentally handle things.

Disappointed. I didn't feel any effects. I took it at intervals, took it several days in a row, and tried to take 2 at a time; no effect. Quite disappointed given the cost of the tablets.
